Vision:  Premier Athletic Performance Association will be a Centre of Excellence at our dedicated facilities in the provision of mentoring and training services to student athletes.

Mission: Premier Athletic Performance Association (PAPA)™ is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization  with a  focused  mission on mentoring, developing and preparing student-athletes for academia, athletics and society.

PAPA consists of a group of former collegiate athletes who grew up playing sports in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and overseas.  Collectively, we believe today’s student-athletes are not being sufficiently prepared academically and socially for life during and after sports.  In an effort to better prepare student-athletes, PAPA has developed a series of exciting educational and sport programs that will assist in the development of the student-athletes as the total person.

PAPA will support and work with student-athletes who have academic challenges, as our goal is to have these student-athletes eligible to participate in their schools athletic programs.
